1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Nexum House website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Nature of Services

Nexum House provides private digital infrastructure, governance architecture, and strategic advisory services to vetted institutional clients and principals. Access to certain services, including the Vault, is restricted and granted on a discretionary basis following verification of eligibility.

3. Eligibility & Access

Certain areas of the Nexum House platform are accessible by invitation or approved request only. Nexum House reserves the right to grant, deny, or revoke access at its sole discretion without obligation to provide reasons. Unauthorised access attempts are prohibited and may be subject to legal action.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, frameworks, and proprietary methodologies presented on the Nexum House platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Nexum House. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for any purpose without prior written authorisation.

5. Confidentiality

All communications, materials, and information exchanged through the Nexum House platform — including but not limited to Vault content, strategic briefs, and advisory correspondence — are strictly confidential. Recipients agree not to disclose, share, or reference such materials without explicit written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nexum House provides its services and content on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any information provided. Nexum House shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which Nexum House operates. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

8. Amendments

Nexum House reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated to active mandate holders and institutional partners.
